Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke is taking iGaming Ontario and the Attorney General of Ontario to court over changes to how the province manages online gaming. A notice of application was filed in the Ontario Superior Court on Monday, arguing that the changes are “illegal and unconstitutional” None of the allegations have been proven in court.
