Almost a year ago Daniel* was deported from Montreal back to his homeland of Mexico. The SPVM arrested Daniel in his old school, the arrest was over his immigration status and he was handed over to the CBSA. Daniel, a 17 year old was arrested on his birthday while visiting old school friends. Daniel was deported by Canada back to Mexico without his family to a country he hasn’t seen in 6 years.
